In 2023, the Miami Grand Prix underwent a complete redesign of their F1 Team Hospitality Experience to flip the Miami Dolphins football field into a team hospitality oasis. Lauren oversaw the entire design, delivery and management of the Paddock as well as all garage and team operations elements.

Oversaw the entire design and activation of the team garages and hospitality, including common areas that were inspired by Miami culture to create a differentiated experience for drivers, teams and media members

Oversaw the construction of 13 temporary team hospitality structures on the Miami Dolphins field, including all operational elements (signage, FF&E, power, water etc)

In 2023, the Miami Grand Prix focused it’s organizational objectives around innovating the reimaging the most premium hospitality experience found in sports, The Paddock Club. Lauren led the strategic direction and delivery of the entire F1 Miami Paddock Club experience with over 10 direct reports plus agency support.
